From the moment we arrived at Hotel Roko, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Despite the language barrier, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home during our city break in Warsaw. Their friendliness and willingness to assist us in every way possible truly made our stay memorable.The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy sanctuary after exploring the bustling streets of the city. When we encountered an issue with our hairdryer, the staff promptly replaced it, demonstrating their commitment to excellent room service and guest satisfaction.One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious buffet breakfast offered at the hotel. We indulged in a variety of European dishes that left us energized for a day of sightseeing. The convenience of having a restaurant on-site, along with free WiFi throughout the property, added to the overall pleasant experience.Located in the Wlochy district, Hotel Roko offers a convenient base for exploring Warsaw.
